Ranksolv is a digital marketing agency based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, providing services including SEO, PPC Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Local SEO, and Graphic Design.

To enable Ranksolv to deliver services effectively, the Client agrees to:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ranksolv@gmail.com within 7 days of the triggering event.
Ranksolv makes no guarantee of specific results, including:
All content, logos, trademarks, and materials provided by the Client remain the sole intellectual property of the Client.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of creative deliverables created for the Client transfers to the Client, unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.
Ranksolv's methodologies, templates, systems, and strategic frameworks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ranksolv and are not transferred to the Client.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary, financial, or sensitive information shared during the engagement. Neither party shall disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
This obligation remains in effect indefinitely for trade secrets, and for two (2) years for other confidential information after termination.
Ranksolv may utilize platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, Semrush, and others. The Client acknowledges that:
Ranksolv's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Ranksolv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, business opportunity, data, or reputational harm.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ranksolv from claims arising from:
Ranksolv handles all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.ranksolv.com/privacy-policy. We comply with Pennsylvania's Breach of Personal Information Notification Act and applicable federal requirements.
Ranksolv does not sell or trade Client data to third parties.
All official communications and approvals must be made in writing via email or a designated project management platform. Verbal agreements must be confirmed in writing before implementation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
Ranksolv reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable Service Agreement or Statement of Work, constitute the entire agreement between Ranksolv and the Client and supersede all prior discussions or agreements, whether written or verbal.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Ranksolv to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Ranksolv.
